The Literacy Council of Wood County (LCWC) provides English Language Learning (ELL) to adults with low-level English skills.
Adult students meet one-on-one, in small groups, or in small classes with trained volunteer Tutors.
Our (ELL) program helps students transition into their community, learning the language and about their opportunites and responsibilities. Long-term participation in ELL can serve as a catalyst to earning U.S. citizenship.
